Baylor Wilson

Baylor Wilson is a Nashville-based Christian singer-songwriter whose music flows directly from her heart for worship and personal transformation. First gaining national attention on CBS’s Survivor, Baylor moved to Nashville to pursue country music before experiencing a powerful encounter with Jesus that reshaped her life and musical direction. Today, she shares joy-filled, scripture-infused music designed to point listeners straight to the hope and peace found in Christ.

From competitive cheerleader to reality television contestant to country songwriter, Baylor Wilson lived a whirlwind life before finding her true calling in worship and Christian music.

A Texas native, Baylor first stepped into the national spotlight as a contestant on Season 29 of CBS’s Survivor. Following her time on television, she moved to Nashville to pursue a career in country music, performing across local venues and eventually securing a publishing deal while still in college.

However, despite early success in the country scene, Baylor felt a deeper longing for purpose. A radical encounter with God transformed her life and refocused her creative energy toward Christian and worship music. When asked what shifted her musical direction, her response is simple and joyful: “Jesus happened.”

Now based in Nashville, TN, Baylor releases original music that blends soulful acoustic melodies, authentic lyricism, and modern praise. Songs like “Joy Comes in the Morning” and her debut release “Jesus Happened” reflect her signature warmth, infectious energy, and passion for encouraging others in their faith walk.

When she isn’t writing or recording music, Baylor is dedicated to family life as a mother and actively involved in her local church community.
